Oct. 8, the fourth and final day of October Build, was no let down. 13 teams, many of them on site for their forth day of service, either completed their scopes of work or worked down to the wire, pushing to get as much done before it was time to leave. Through 4 days and 2 weekends, over 300 local volunteers painted, installed tiling, flooring, and insulation, repaired soffit and fascia, landscaped, and constructed a wheelchair ramp—helping to make October Build 2011 another enormous success!
