Office Hours (Walk-ins)
Walk-ins are welcome during office hours:
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
No walk-ins outside of office hours. If you can’t visit during these times, please schedule an appointment instead.
Eligibility Overview

A permanent resident of the household must be the homeowner on record:
Name must be on the deed
Must have lived in the home for at least the past 3 years

You must be a low-income household (at or below 80% of Area Median Income).

In addition to the income and ownership requirements, at least one of the following must apply:
60 or older
Disabled
Veteran
Veteran widow(er)
Single head of household with minor(s) in the home
Full-time caregiver
Repairs Provided
We provide critical health and safety repairs for eligible homeowners. We cannot provide:
Total rebuilds
Demolition
Major electrical, plumbing, and/or foundation work
Common repairs include (but not limited to)
Roof work
Flooring
Exterior painting
Weatherization
Drywall
Safety modifications
