What We Do
Resiliency Center
A Storm-ready Hub Built for What Comes Next.
The United Way of Southeast Louisiana Resiliency Center, founded by Rebuilding Together New Orleans, is a permanent, storm-hardened home for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery in our region. It is designed to bring trusted partners together under one roof so families can get support before, during, and after storms.
The Resiliency Center is built around a simple idea: resilience should not mean facing disasters alone. Through workshops, resources, and coordinated services, the Center helps households prepare, withstand disruptions, and recover with dignity. It also strengthens collaboration across organizations working in disaster readiness, financial stability, housing support, and more.
